The Utah Jazz morphed into the Utah Saints on Monday night as they treated a sick little fella with an extremely rare and beautiful opportunity. With 29.0 seconds remaining in the third quarter a special substitution was made and Jazz rookie, 5-year-old JP Gibson checked in for his first NBA minutes.

Young JP was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 2012 but on this day, none of that mattered. JP wowed the crowd, taking multiple Jazz players off the dribble (including Aussie Dante Exum) before slamming home a massive two-handed jam.
And well, the jersey fits him like a glove.
