Kobe Bryant – Still got it

[embedvideo id=”PzGolkfK2Ak” website=”youtube”]

A huge game on a huge International stage and the Lakers quite frankly were a huge underdog against the Los Angeles Clippers in this game. Someone needed to make a statement early and that someone was Kobe Bryant.

The unfortunate part for Laker fans is that this was about the only statement the Lakers made in the first half. The Clippers held a 61-51 lead at the half and the Lakers were genuinely lucky to be that close.

After 38 Bryant points and a spirited Laker run, Chris Paul had the last laugh in this one as he hit the sealing jumper to give his Clippers a 107-102 victory.

Although Kobe’s dunk was vicious, his Lakers drop to 15-17 while Chris Paul’s Clippers move up to 26-8.

An irrationally addicted follower of all things NBA since 1986. Strangely enough I actually love Kobe Bryant AND LeBron James as basketball players. Will Photoshop for food or old basketball cards.
