Jordan Files #10 – Beat The Heat

The NBA wasn’t always a playground for the Miami Heat, and like all franchises they did indeed have to be “first-timers” to the playoffs at some stage. It was 1992 for the Heaters, where they first got a taste of NBA playoff action.

And Michael Jordan and Co. were there to welcome them.

Check out this video of Game 3 of the 1992 first round. Miami is hosting their first ever playoff game and at this point trailed Jordan’s Bulls by two games to nil.

Needless to say, MJ welcomed Miami appropriately and took to the Heat to the tune of 56 points. Check out the box score and marvel at the flogging.
