Death, Taxes… LeBron James

LeBron James has been widely considered the best player on the planet for quite some time now and the big fella didn’t disappoint on opening night, kicking off the 2017/18 season in style. James not only accumulated 29 points, 16 rebounds and 9 assists but he also defended the last (potentially game winning) shot from former understudy Kyrie Irving, securing victory over the Boston Celtics.

LeBron was also one of the first non-medical people over to comfort Gordon Hayward after he sustained a gruesome broken leg in the first quarter of the game. Not only did James show support on court but he also went back to the locker room to see Hayward during a game break.

All in all, a classy and dominant first game for LeBron James.
